Refund Policy

At Daufin, we take great care in quality-checking every piece. But if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

Eligible for Return/Exchange if:​

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and with original tags

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item

Not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Clearance or discounted sale items

  • Washed or worn items

  • Items without original tags and packaging

How to return/exchange?

To start a return, you can contact us at daufinfashion@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 76 Forbes Crescent,L istowel ,Ontario ,N4W 0B8 , Canada 
   •    Photos of the item (if damaged/defective)
   •    Reason for return or exchange

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • You will receive a refund via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
